What forms of payment do you’ll take in store?
We take all Major Credit Cards, Nets, GrabPay and Paynow QR code payments.
Do you have an Online store?
Yes we do! You can buy comfortably from home at Dacave’s online store. We take Credit card and Paypal payments.
Do you ship to my Country?
We currently only ship to these countries. SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, BRUNEI and INDONESIA Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout, based on the destination country. If your from a country not listed and need help, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders in 1-2 days. Local delivery takes around 3-5 working days. All other countries take around 10-14 working days. Do note for International customers we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs / post office clearance processes.
How much is shipping?
Local (Singapore) orders are $5.90 but FREE with a total order value of $40, We use Courier now instead of Singpost to deliver all local orders( till they buck up). International orders are sent via registered post/courier.
Do you have a Catalog of your products?
Can you’ll order a cap for me?
We do not order individual orders, as all our products are pre-ordered from the brands in advance.
Are your products authentic?
We are the authorized retailer in Singapore for the brands in our store. All our products are procured directly from the brands themselves. See the brands we stock here.
Do you’ll sell Wholesale or supply to stores?
We do not wholesale, as we are strictly not allowed to resell our products based on contractual agreements with the brands we carry.
